About Victoria Rue Interiors | Interior Design Down the Jersey Shore

It can be quite an overwhelming process to make all of the decisions necessary when designing or renovating our home, all while making sure your end result is a genuine expression of who you are.  Our role at Victoria Rue Interiors is to simplify and take the intimidation out of the process for you.  The result is a smile and overwhelming sense of joy every time you walk into your new space.

I have a degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, and worked as a designer in NYC's garment industry for 14 years before taking a little hiatus to raise my boys.  The industry afforded me many opportunities to learn about textiles, the production process, and to travel abroad.  My skill set is to take a concept and see it through to the final product.  I understand the importance of communication, honesty, and the difference being detail-oriented makes on a project.  If you've dabbled in any home improvement or renovation, you know how important all these traits are and how they affect the end result.

Fast forward a bunch of years, and a location move.  Ready to get back to my creative callings, I pursued my passion for interiors and architecture.  I have honed my interior design skills through applied work experiences at a small firm for six years, supplemented with technical design classes.  You have a vast range of opportunities with me.  I have designed kitchens, baths, built-ins, window treatments, and can specify furniture and accessories as well.

I have a keen eye for details and a passion for putting all the pieces together in your Big Picture.  I balance a look that is a unique expression of who you are, while incorporating quality, classic pieces that you will be proud to showcase.
